Fatal Mountain Lion Attack in Washington State

If I recall correctly, there has never been a fatal mountain lion attack in the Park's history. It seems to me that the two serious attacks that did occur took place in the 1970s or 1980s. The first was at or near Avalanche Campground and resulted in very serious injuries to a young boy. The second was on a trail, also on the west side as I recall - perhaps the Sperry trail and involved an attack on a young boy who was hiking some distance in advance of the adults in his party. We have been fortunate that there have been no further serious attacks. (Corrections to my recollection of these events would be welcome).
