How does the BIA not tell the tribe it ended the lease! 
I wonder what's going to happen to the campground. Will someone else take it over? I camped at Johnson's this last season and it was a nightmare experience. There was a very loud band playing somewhere near the camp that kept playing until 1am.

Wow. Not sure how the KOA could think not paying all these years would never catch up with them.

I wonder if the noise is coming from Frogs cantina. They have had bands playing when I was there. (Good food though!)

Any updates on this situation? We have reservations there for two weeks. Also have backup reservations but would rather be at the KOA

When we called about a month ago to modify a reservation we were told that the judge in the St. Mary KOA bankruptcy case had issued an injuction allowing the KOA to operate this summer.
