we arrive many glacier hotel on july 9th, granite park chalet on the 10th, & back to many glacier on the 11th. we generally try to pack about 5 days of hiking in but are making this a more leisurely trip. i'm guessing we won't know until a week or two out which route we will have to take for our granite park trip. we've done it about every way but are really hoping we have the option from logan pass, either as an out & back or taking the "hockey ref" route.
i'm assuming the shuttle will still run this year from swiftcurrent to st. mary's & then on to logan pass? we don't really care which route we have to take but really don't want to have to drive all the way to the loop to get to gpc, especially if gttsr isn't open all the way.

Re: july 2023
Have fun! I'll be heading to GPC the first two nights it is open at the end of June. Since I'll be camping at Two Medicine for a couple of days before that I am hoping Swiftcurrent Pass is doable. Otherwise if GTSR is still closed I might need to to drive to the Loop via US2. And after GPC I have a week in the Belly River so staying on the east side would save a lot of time and unnecessary driving. But time will tell.
