Excellent point and one I hadn’t considered. I guess they can just ‘hiker/biker’ then go 33 miles to St Mary? As with many changes the last couple years I’m sure good intentions but really shortsighted.

So it looks like they’ve locked out viewing availability unless you had a successful lottery application. Not sure if that also includes if you check before your scheduled time. I also just noticed they dropped max daily mileage from 17 to 16 miles. Why?

Agreed Scott and Paul - I didn’t even have an ‘unsuccessful’ option at first because I assumed there would be plenty based on past application numbers.

I asked the NPS and they said around 7000 applications ?!

That seems about right with 3000 available and 50% miss rate from our poll.
